Shipping

Items currently in stock ship within two business days. All other jewelry is made to order and may take two to four weeks to deliver. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Once your order has shipped, we will email you with tracking information. 

Shipping is $10 per order for standard delivery via USPS Ground Advantage. (Additional charges may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories.) All orders ship from our studios in central Pennsylvania. Most orders will be mailed in a padded envelope; larger orders will be shipped in a box. Each piece of jewelry comes packaged in its own gift box.

For international orders, please contact us. Please note, customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties.

Payments

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment via PayPal and Venmo. All payments are processed through PayPal Checkout, a secure and encrypted payment gateway. Your credit card will be billed at the time the order is placed. Sales tax, if applicable, will be determined at checkout based upon the shipping address.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging for an exchange, full refund or shop credit (up to the original purchase value). Customers are responsible for the safe return of the items purchased; we suggest using an insured delivery service with a signature requirement. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit. Contact us at info@reneeziegler.com to arrange a return or an exchange.


If your items arrive damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery; we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will repair any damages due to our defects, or replace the defective item.

Exchanges

Your replacement order will not be shipped until we have received the returned original item. There is no additional shipping charge for an exchange. If the exchange costs more than the original purchase, you will be billed for the difference. If the exchange item costs less than the original order, you will receive store credit for the balance.
