The calavera sugar skull is the most widely recognized symbol of Mexico’s Day of the Dead celebration. In this class you will make a three-dimensional sterling silver calavera with a moveable jaw!  Learn how to pattern sheet metal with a rolling mill, use a jeweler’s saw and add depth and dimension to a flat shape. You will also learn to patina silver and attach jump rings to create a moveable element. No previous experience required. All materials are included in the tuition.
