To determine your size, measure your wrist’s circumference using a soft tape measure or a piece of paper. A cuff should fit snugly on the wrist. Next determine the inner diameter:
Small: wrist measuring between 5¾ to 6½ inches (2³/₈ inches diameter)
Medium: wrist measuring between 6¼ to 6¾ inches (2½ inches diamer)
Large: wrist measuring 6¾ to 7¼ inches (2¾ inches diameter)
